1. Return Window

  • Change of mind: 14 days from delivery
  • Defective or wrong item: 30 days from delivery (or from the date you discovered the defect, whichever is later)

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

3. Non-returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers)
  • Hygiene products (cosmetics opened, undergarments)
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse

4. How to Return

1) Request: Email moderincon.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason

2) Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

3) Ship back: Send the item to the address we provide (use a tracked service)

4) Inspection: Once received, we inspect within 3 business days

5) Refund: Approved refunds are issued within 7-14 business days to your original payment method

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • Our error (wrong/defective item): We cover return shipping and reimburse for original shipping

6. Exchanges

  • Size/color exchanges are subject to availability
  • If the desired variant is unavailable, we issue a refund instead
  • One free exchange shipment is provided for our errors

7. Refund Methods

  • Credit/debit card: 5-14 business days (varies by issuer)
  • PayPal: 3-7 business days
  • Bank transfer: 3 business days

8. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Customs duties and import taxes
