# Shipping Policy

## 1. Fulfillment Model

moderincon operates as a curated select shop for Korean and Asian lifestyle goods. Most products ship directly from our verified suppliers in China, Hong Kong, and other origin countries. Orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on supplier and item.

## 2. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide to all countries enabled in Shopify Markets, including USA, Canada, EU, UK, Australia, Japan, Southeast Asia, and the Republic of Korea.

## 3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

Estimates exclude customs clearance time. Delays of an additional 7-14 business days are possible during holidays, peak seasons, or carrier disruptions.


## 4. Order Processing

  • Orders are forwarded to suppliers within 1-2 business days of payment
  • Suppliers typically dispatch within 2-5 business days
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once dispatched
  • Made-to-order items may take an additional 5-10 business days

## 5. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard shipping on orders over USD $40 (or local equivalent)
  • Standard shipping fee USD $4-8 for smaller orders, calculated at checkout
  • Premium and Express options shown at checkout based on weight, destination, and item

## 6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees are the recipient's responsibility
  • Customs may detain packages and request documentation; we cannot expedite this process
  • We comply with all customs requirements and declare orders accurately
  • Some countries restrict importation of cosmetics, food, electronics, or other categories — orders for restricted items will be canceled and refunded

## 7. Multiple Packages

Because items may ship from different suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages over several days. Each package will have its own tracking number.

## 8. Tracking Limitations

  • Standard shipping tracking shows origin and destination scans only; in-transit updates may be limited
  • Premium and Express shipping provide full end-to-end tracking
  • Allow 3-7 days for tracking to populate after dispatch

## 9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Report missing packages within 14 days of the latest estimated delivery date
  • Report damage within 7 days of receipt with photos of packaging and contents
  • We will investigate with the carrier and supplier and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund

## 10. Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for accurate shipping addresses
  • We cannot redirect packages once dispatched
  • Returned-to-sender packages will be reshipped at the customer's expense or refunded minus return shipping

## 11. Restricted Destinations

We cannot ship to countries currently under international sanctions, P.O. boxes (some carriers), or APO/FPO addresses.

## 12. Country of Origin

Products are sourced from various Asian markets and the country of origin is shown on each product page where applicable.
